Mancha Real Obras has over 35 years of experience in the sector and was created in 1980 by its founder Carlos Martos Nava, who headed a team of persons who, due to their professional and technical interests, decided to undertake their activity in the diverse variants of the wider world of construction.
The first years of activity were mainly dedicated to the upgrading and refurbishment of premises for Bank Branches, Shopping Centres and Offices of the General Treasury of Social Security. Subsequently, due to the growth underpinned by the trust placed in us by our clients, Mancha Real Obras expanded its field of activity executing works of greater significance and diverse characteristics.
Currently our company has become is a firmly established company in the sector over the course of its long-standing history. The main objective is to offer its clients, both public and private, diligent attention in the execution of their works so as to obtain the highest constructive quality. Pursuant to Article 54 of the Law on Public Sector Contracts, the classification of the contractor is mandatory in order to be eligible for the contracting of any works with a budget equal to or greater than €350,000.00 within the context of any Public Administration, whether National, Autonomous or Local.
This administrative requirement cannot be substituted by any other form of accreditation of the contractor’s capacity and is obtained through the accreditation of experience, resources and capacity in the last five-year period, the classification being limited to two years which implies that once this two year period has elapsed the review thereof must be carried out.
The result of a long-standing history and the trust placed in us by our clients Mancha Real Obras is registered in the Official Register of Classified Companies under file number 47468R as a works contractor company in the Administrative Contracting Advisory Board under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Ensuing from the corresponding certification is that Mancha Real Obras possesses the highest category, called “F” within Group C “Constructions” category, with which the company can contract construction works for any Public Administration without any budget ceilings.
