Execution of a 6MW Photovoltaic Plant in Portugal
Execution of the foundation, assembly of structure and photovoltaic plate in a plant having a 120,000 m2 surface area in Portugal.
The corresponding earthworks was carried out to obtain the necessary levelling, orientation and slope for the location of each one of the photovoltaic surfaces to be executed.
Once all the clearing and levelling of the soil as carried out, the survey stakeout of each of the 5400 supports and the distances between them were carried out in order to prevent the shadows produced, avoiding the corresponding drop in production yield. Said supports have been executed with a pilot foundation having a 350 mm diameter and 2000 mm depth.
The execution of the driving of the supports of the structure is carried out at the same time as the concreting, checking both the final heights in each support, as well as the alignment and collapse of each one.
The execution process is very mechanised, having only to foresee changes in climatic conditions for the undertaking of the foundations that can sometimes cause unexpected delays.
